Our on-demand book sourcing is a best-effort service. While we utilize an extensive network to arrange books not currently in our inventory, fulfillment is dependent on the publisher's stock and market availability. Timelines for institutional or personal library setups will be discussed and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
YOU N BOOKS WORLD provides courier delivery services for customer convenience. Once a package is dispatched from our store and handed over to a third-party courier service, we cannot be held liable for unforeseen delays, damages in transit, or lost packages, though we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue to the best of our ability.
Any disputes arising out of these terms, or your use of our services, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat.
